Each Shabbat morning at 10:30am during the school year, preschoolers can be found joining together with parents and grandparents as they experience Shabbat in an age appropriate fashion. Through songs, holiday and Shabbat stories, games and the reading of a child oriented siddur, our youngsters celebrate and rejoice in the uniqueness of our day of rest! Of course, a kiddush follows the service. All join together in the main sanctuary for the closing prayers with the entire congregation.
This group of "in-between" kids meets every Shabbat at 10:30am during the school year. All 2nd - 5th graders, along with their parents or grandparents, are welcome. All join together in the main sanctuary for the closing prayers with the entire congregation.
This group meets every Shabbat morning at 10:00am, led by Daniel Bacharach and his capable assistants. The service includes prayers and songs, educational and fun-filled activities such as Jewish trivia to help reinforce what was learned during the service or at Religious/Day School. At the conclusion of the service, the group joins the main service in the sanctuary, from the bimah, for concluding prayers. What a great way to celebrate Shabbat!
Please note that Junior Congregation, Minyan Katan, and KinderShul will resume in September.
