Nursery/Kindergarten Division

Our Nursery/Kindergarten division is for children aged 4 or 5 by the first day of camp. The group is co-ed and because of their age they have their own, air conditioned room in the building. The N/K group goes on trips every Tuesday and cookouts every Wednesday. The division is supervised by certified teachers and experienced counselors, every camper will have the opportunity to participate in what Hillcrest has to offer: Red Cross Swim Program, Art and Crafts, Trips, Drama, Gymnastics, and Hot Kosher Lunches.

Lower Division

Our lower division is for campers entering 1st or 2nd grade in September. Age appropriate trips are scheduled every Tuesday and camp cookouts are held every Wednesday. Their activities include: Red Cross Swim Program, Arts and Crafts, Gym, Drama, Trips, Game Room (billiards, ping pong, foosball), Gymnastics, and Hot Kosher Lunches.

Senior Division

• Upper Camp (Entering Grades 3-6 in September)

• Tweens (Entering Grades 7 and 8 in September)

 

This program is geared for the camper who is ready for bigger trips and activities. The senior division goes on trips every Monday and Thursday with a cookout every Wednesday. The Tween Division has an additional trip every Friday. While at Hillcrest each camper will enjoy: Red Cross Swim Program, Arts and Crafts, Drama, Game Room (billiards, ping pong, foosball), Gym, Jewish Heritage, Lacrosse (Senior Boys Division), Gymnastics (Senior Girls Division), and Hot Kosher Lunches

Counselor In Training

Age 14 by the first day of camp

This program is put together in order to help train the campers to be staff when they turn 15 years of age. C.I.Ts will be assigned to groups where they will funciton as counselors. C.I.Ts who successfully finish the program will be considered for jobs when they turn 15 years of age.
